Centron Systems has multiple ways to get the customer support you need. We offer phone, text, ticket (email), a growing knowledgebase of articles and guides. We may not be able to provide 24/7 support yet, but we’ll do our best to help you in a timely manner. We use our ticket system extensively to provide the best support possible, it makes it easier for us to track the progress of tickets and lets our support team review what’s already been done to assist you with your issues and questions. If you call or text, we may still create a support ticket for you to make sure your questions get answered and issues get resolved right the first time.

All times are US Eastern. Ticket support may be available outside listed times and on weekends but may have a slower response time. Phone support is only available during business hours. Support is only available in English.

Ticket System

Our ticket system is the best place to get support. Our team is ready to assist in answering your questions and resolving issues as quickly as possible. We have several departments so you can choose the best department for your ticket to get the fastest response. Your time is valuable if you text or call us we may create a ticket for you, so we don't keep you on the phone while we're looking into your issue or making sure we give you accurate answers to your questions.

Knowledgebase

We're still adding articles to our knowledgebase, but you might be able to find the answers you're looking for there. We know it looks empty now but we're adding helpful articles and guides as fast as we can so that our knowledgebase will be a useful tool in the future.

You can call or text us for support our Hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM U.S Eastern. Please leave a message if we can't answer your call right away, we'll call you back! Our ticket system is the preferred method of supporting our clients as it allows us to track the progress of your issues and resolve them faster. To maintain account security existing clients please have your security PIN, domain name, email address, mailing address, and phone number associated with your account ready to verify your identity in case we need to access your hosting/billing account to assist you.
