We have a fairly simple design process. You give us the content you want on your site, we build it, then we launch it and continue to manage it for you.
The First thing we need to do is gather all the content you want on your website such as images, a logo, any textual information, etc. We do this by having you complete a form that will give us a basic idea of what you want your site to have on it. We’ll review your submission and reach out via email to collect any images, logo’s and pictures you want on your site.
We may even schedule a meeting via discord, zoom, google meet, phone call, etc. to get a better understanding of what you would like. If you have an exisiting website please leave it running if possible, we can use that to gather content for your new website with your permission.
We’ll get to work building a draft version of your website. We will give you a special link so that you can view the site as we build it so that you can provide ongoing feedback and ask for changes as we build your site.
We add an “In development” section to your site that explains that we are in the process of designing it and it is not to be considered a finished or live site.
Once your site is finished and we’ve made any changes you’d like it’s time to launch it!
We’ll remove our “In Development” Section and make any last-minute adjustments to your site.
We will manage and maintain your site for you and make any additional changes that you would like in the future. Unlimited site updates are included within reason. If you constantly request changes or need very extensive updates, we may charge an additional fee.**
We don’t build (or host) pornographic or adult sites. We also do not build or host sites containing illegal, hateful, or harmful content. If you’re not sure about the content of your site, please contact us before placing an order.
We specialize is small websites (roughly 1-8 pages). We can build sites for small businesses, clubs and organizations, churches, non-profits, etc. if you’re not sure if we can build your site, please contact us before placing an order.
We do offer VPS hosting but not currently for sites we design and manage. We are working to offer this ability very soon. A rough idea of pricing would be to add our VPS fee and the web design fee together for the VPS and design plan you want.
What about it? Just kidding! During the building and review process we’ll add basic SEO optimizations to your site. Once your site is finished and ready to launch, we’ll submit your site to the major search engines. We can’t guarantee where your site will appear in the listings and getting listed may take some time.
Our Advanced SEO optimization further optimizes your website and e-commerce product pages for search engines. We’ll also add and optimize keywords for your website. We’ll continue to monitor and update your sites optimization as needed.
If you cancel your Web Design service with us, you lose access to the website, hosting, and design content. We use various software that require a license key to be issued to the domain. If you cancel your service those license keys are revoked and you may not be able to use your site or any part of the design that requires a valid license key. Canceling your service will also mean the deletion of your files at the end of your current billing term.
We may allow you to move your website to another host on a case-by-case basis. We use various software that required a license key to be issued to the domain name. These keys can only be used with domains that are using our hosting services. If you wish to move your site, you will need to purchase your own license key or rebuild your site from scratch. If we give you written permission to move your Centron Systems designed website to another host and you use it as-is you must keep the “Site By: Centron Systems LLC” notice and link on the bottom of every page. All of our web design plans include a Site Maintenance Plan. This plan includes additional services to help manage and maintain your website each month. Several times a Month we’ll apply any available security and software patches to make sure your site runs smoothly and stays secure. We also check your sites responsiveness for desktop, tablets, and mobile so it looks perfect on every device. We’ll also check your SEO settings and make any needed changes. There is no additional charge for this plan it’s included free for all web design plans.
Yes! Please read below carefully:
If you have an existing website, we can use the information on it to help build your new website. If your able to, please leave it running. We can start building your site using a sub-domain so you can leave your existing domain pointed at your current site so we can look at it. When your new site is ready to launch you can update your nameservers with the ones we give you, or if you’ve transferred it to your Centron Systems account we can help make those changes for you.
If you’re registering a new domain with us, we will automatically point it to where your new website will be hosted so there is nothing else you have to do.
No. If you already have a domain registered somewhere else you can just update your nameservers in most cases and your existing domain will work just fine with our hosting. You can also transfer your existing domain to your Centron Systems account if you’d like. If you register a new domain with us or transfer an existing domain to us, we can help you manage your nameservers if you’re having problems, otherwise you will need to contact your current registrar. Domain settings can not be changed during the transfer process.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your design plan as your needs change. Just contact our support team for assistance. Before you upgrade or downgrade, please contact your web designer to discuss any needed changes to your site before haveing your design plan changed so your site can be modified to fit within the new plans limits.
We are currently working on providing social media marketing services to our web design clients. This will most likely be offered as an additional service that all our web design plans can add. The details below are not final as we continue to refine this service internally before we announce it officially.
